Situated in the vibrant district of New Belgrade, this high-end penthouse design serves as a pivotal case study for our client’s investment opportunities. The goal was to assess the potential of refurbishing their newly acquired apartment in a neo-classical style, allowing them to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the construction and refurbishment.

Upon evaluating the existing layout, it became clear that the room organization and proportions were not aligned with the client's lifestyle. The long, narrow living room lacked functional space, inhibiting the potential for both relaxation and entertainment.

To optimize the layout, we proposed the removal of several walls and a thoughtful reconfiguration of the interior spaces. This allowed us to create a generously sized master bathroom and an expansive master bedroom. Additionally, we repositioned the original wall in the living area to the rear, resulting in a more open and inviting living space, complete with a designated area for a piano.

In conjunction with the design, we provided a comprehensive Bill of Quantities detailing all necessary work, along with specifications for furniture and sanitary fixtures. This meticulous planning ensures that the client has a clear understanding of the investment required for this transformation, facilitating their decision-making process.
