Situated on the penultimate floor of a prominent communist-era high-rise, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the city skyline.
Acquired by clients with a vision for transformation, the space was completely renovated to meet contemporary living standards.
One of the first steps in the renovation was to address the cramped bathroom. By demolishing an existing wall and repositioning the closets, we created a more
spacious and functional bathroom. This adjustment was balanced by introducing a new closet in the expansive hallway, as well as a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
To enhance the overall flow of the apartment, the wall that separated the kitchen from the living room was removed. This decision resulted in a unified, open space
that benefits from double-oriented windows, maximizing natural light and creating an airy ambiance. The solid square footage of the apartment also allows for future
adaptability; should the family grow, an additional bedroom can be easily integrated.
From the outset of the design process, warm and understated materials were prioritized, instilling a sense of comfort and homeliness. A sleek quartz countertop was
selected for the kitchen, elevating the interior with a touch of sophistication and elegance.
Additionally, the apartment features convenient access to a rooftop terrace, offering stunning views that enhance its appeal—truly one of the standout qualities of
this urban residence.
