Modern amenities are seamlessly integrated throughout the residence, ranging from rainwater harvesting systems that convert precipitation into usable water to solar roof tiles generating electrical power. Moreover, the house features underground heat pumps for temperature regulation and floor heating systems inspired by the precision of ancient Vinca cultures.
